Services Provided

FierceBody™ provides fitness and wellness services including but not limited to:

• Online workout programs (PDF and video content)

• Digital downloads

• Live virtual fitness classes

• Group coaching programs

• One-on-one coaching sessions

• In-person classes and training sessions

• Membership and subscription-based services

• Drop-in classes

All services are intended for educational and informational fitness purposes only.

Age Requirement

All participants must be 18 years of age or older to purchase or participate in FierceBody™ services.

Medical Disclaimer

FierceBody™ programs involve physical activity. By participating, you acknowledge that:

• You are voluntarily participating in physical exercise.

• You are physically capable of performing the activities provided.

• You should consult a physician before beginning any exercise program.

FierceBody™ and its instructors are not medical professionals and do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Participation is at your own risk.

Assumption of Risk

By participating in FierceBody™ programs, you acknowledge that physical exercise carries inherent risks including, but not limited to:

• Muscle strain

• Injury

• Illness

• Physical discomfort

You voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages resulting from participation in FierceBody™ programs.

Liability Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release, waive, and hold harmless FierceBody™, its owners, instructors, employees, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, damages, or causes of action arising out of participation in any FierceBody™ program, class, coaching session, or digital content.

Payment Terms

Payment is required in full prior to accessing services unless otherwise stated in a membership or payment plan agreement. By purchasing a FierceBody™ service or product, you authorize the processing of payment through the designated payment platform.

Refund Policy

Digital Products

All digital products, downloadable materials, and online programs are non-refundable due to the immediate access to proprietary content.

Memberships

Membership purchases are non-refundable after 24 hours of purchase.

Drop-In Classes

Drop-in classes are non-refundable after 24 hours of purchase.

In-Person Classes

In-person classes require at least 12 hours notice for cancellation.Cancellations made with less than 12 hours notice may result in the session being forfeited.

Intellectual Property

All FierceBody™ content including but not limited to:

• Workouts

• Training programs

• PDFs

• Videos

• Coaching materials

• Branding

• Logos

• Written materials

are the exclusive intellectual property of FierceBody™. Participants may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, share, or modify any FierceBody™ materials without written permission. Unauthorized distribution of materials may result in termination of access and legal action.

Membership and Subscription Terms

Membership subscriptions may renew automatically depending on the selected plan.

Participants are responsible for managing or canceling their membership prior to the next billing cycle.

Failure to cancel before renewal may result in the next billing cycle being charged.

Code of Conduct

Participants agree to maintain respectful and appropriate behavior during all FierceBody™ classes, sessions, and community spaces. FierceBody™ reserves the right to remove participants who engage in disruptive, inappropriate, or harmful conduct without refund.

Media Release

By participating in FierceBody™ programs, you acknowledge that photos or recordings may be taken during classes or events. FierceBody™ reserves the right to use such media for marketing, promotional, or educational purposes unless written notice is provided requesting exclusion.

Termination of Access

FierceBody™ reserves the right to terminate access to programs, memberships, or services for violations of these Terms & Conditions.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which FierceBody™ operates.

Agreement

By purchasing or participating in any FierceBody™ program, class, or service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
